Refund Policy

At Kesahu, all sales are final.

All Sales Final — No Exceptions

• No order cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Shipping delays
• Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
• Customs or import fees
• Carrier errors
• Product dissatisfaction
• Damage during transit

Product Variations & Acceptance

By purchasing from Kesahu, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, sizing, fabric weight, wash, or finish are normal
• Product images are for reference only and may vary due to lighting, screen settings, or production runs
• Such variations do not constitute defects

These characteristics are accepted as part of the product and do not qualify for any refund, return, exchange, or replacement.

Shipping, Delivery & Responsibility

• Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, all responsibility transfers to the customer
• Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation constitute proof of fulfillment
• We are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or misdelivered packages
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address

Orders affected by address errors or delivery issues remain final and non-refundable.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees
• These charges are not included in product or shipping prices
• All customs and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer
• Customs fees are non-refundable, regardless of delivery outcome

Failure or refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for any refund or replacement.

Chargebacks & Disputes

• Delivered and authorized orders are not eligible for refunds
• Any chargeback filed will be actively disputed
• Evidence may include proof of delivery, payment authorization (AVS/CVV), IP address, device data, and policy acceptance

Filing a chargeback does not override this policy.

Policy Enforcement

Kesahu reserves the right to:

• Deny any claim, dispute, or request
• Refuse service to anyone attempting to bypass this policy

Shipping Policy

At Kesahu, all orders are processed and shipped strictly according to the information provided at checkout. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 3–5 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
• Processing time does not include shipping transit time

Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, product launches, or promotional events.

Shipping & Delivery Times

• Domestic US Orders are shipped using standard domestic shipping
• Estimated domestic delivery time: 3-10 business days, depending on destination and carrier performance
• International Orders are shipped using standard international shipping
• Estimated international delivery time: 15–50 business days, depending on destination and carrier performance

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, inspections, or peak shipping seasons.

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, exchanges, replacements, or chargeback claims.

Transfer of Responsibility & Risk

• Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, all responsibility and risk of loss transfer to the customer
• Kesahu is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdelivered, or stolen packages after carrier acceptance
• Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation constitute conclusive proof of fulfillment

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and secure delivery address at checkout.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
• The final shipping rate is displayed before purchase completion

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

International Shipping & Customs Fees

• We ship internationally worldwide
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country
• These fees are not included in product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer
• Customs delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds, returns, or replacements

Refusal or failure to pay customs fees may result in package return or abandonment. Such outcomes remain final and non-refundable.

Tracking Information

• Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear
• Tracking delays, pauses, or inconsistencies are common in international shipping and do not indicate loss

Tracking-related issues do not qualify for refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

• Packages returned due to incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect, or carrier handling are not eligible for refunds, returns, or replacements
• Any reshipment, if approved at our sole discretion, may require additional shipping fees

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without liability.

Products & Availability

Products are offered subject to availability and are often produced in limited quantities. Once an item is sold out, restocks are not guaranteed.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and colors accurately; however, variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, production runs, materials, or manufacturing processes. Such variations do not constitute defects.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse sales by customer, region, address, or order.

Order Acceptance & Billing Information

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders flagged for fraud prevention, address inconsistencies, abnormal activity, or policy violations.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, and contact information. Orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete information may be delayed, canceled, or permanently ineligible for refunds, replacements, or reshipments.

Fraud Prevention & Authorization

To protect against fraud and unauthorized transactions, we may collect and retain transaction data including IP address, device information, AVS/CVV match results, account activity, and delivery confirmation records.

By placing an order, you expressly authorize us to use this information for fraud prevention, order verification, and dispute or chargeback defense.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and responsibility transfer to the customer.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, misdelivery, or non-receipt once the carrier confirms acceptance or delivery. Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation constitute conclusive proof of fulfillment.

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and secure delivery address.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-returns, no-refunds, no-exchanges policy.

Filing a chargeback does not override this policy.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any chargeback filed for an order that was authorized and shipped or delivered will be actively disputed using evidence including payment authorization data, IP address, device data, tracking records, delivery confirmation, and policy acceptance.

You agree to contact us first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback.

User Content & Feedback

By submitting reviews, comments, images, videos, or other content, you grant Kesahu a perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display such content for business and promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. Use of such tools is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kesahu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or products, including lost profits, lost revenue, delays, delivery issues, or carrier actions.
